At Avyagrah Tech Innovations Private Limited, we strive to assist our customers as much as possible, and we have a flexible cancellation policy to support this. Here’s how it works:

Cancellation Policy

  • Contact Us First: Before canceling a Service, we recommend reaching out to us to discuss your concerns. Many issues can be resolved through simple communication, and we aim to keep our clients satisfied.

  • Cancellation Timing: We accept cancellation requests only if they are made immediately after placing the order. Please note that we may not be able to process cancellations if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and they have started processing it.

  • Policy Duration: Our cancellation policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Certain goods and services may not be eligible for returns. If you wish to request a refund, please specify the reason and contact us at md.ceo@avyagrahtech.com.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, we will verify it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 9-15 working days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at md.ceo@avyagrahtech.com for assistance.
